Rules to keep you safe and prevent major issues.

Please only use the number of beds that you reserved

Please clean stains out of any sheets, duvet covers, carpet, and/or towels immediately so the stains do not set

Please do not take anything home with you that belongs at the house, that includes and is not limited to: sheets, towels, pool items, games, toys, bathroom essentials, etc.

Please notify us if anything is broken/lost. This is helpful to find out prior to check out so we quickly remedy.

No Pets (therapy dogs allowed first talk with owner and only on flooring areas 100$ fee)

Pool hours 8am -10pm Must follow city ordinance noise laws. No amplified music.

City noise ordinance requires quiet outside and in pool house after 10pm.

Liability waiver signatures required for use of amenities

Responsible drinking. No illegal drugs. Smoking backyard only by ashtrays.

Check-in is anytime after 5PM, and check-out is by 10AM Late/early hourly fees 50$ if prearranged 100$ if not

For cancellations, we follow our Airbnb rules

3 day minimum, 5 days minimum during holidays and summertime & up to 9 months out

At Check-Out:

Place ALL used sheets/duvet covers/towels in the laundry room. It is extremely helpful to our cleaning crew if you have placed a load of sheets or towels in the washers before you leave, especially on days where we have a check-out and a check-in.

Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.

Throw garbage in the garbage cans outside. The green garbage can is for regular garbage, and the blue garbage can is for recyclables.

Clean the BBQ (if you used it).

Make sure all furniture is placed where it was originally.

Make sure all appliances/electronics are off, except dishwasher or washers (if you have running)

Please make sure doors are closed and locked before you leave.
