Rules to keep you safe and prevent major issues.

• Please only use number of beds reserved.

• Please clean stains out of items immediately so the stains do not set or notify management.

• Please do not take anything home with you that belongs at the house 

• Please notify us if anything is broken/lost. This is helpful to find out prior to check out to quickly remedy.

• No Pets (therapy dogs allowed first talk with owner and only on flooring areas with 100$ fee)

• Pool hours 8am -10pm City Ordinance Law. No amplified music. Pool cleaning/maint if needed 7-9am

• Liability signatures required for use of Amenities

• Responsible drinking only. No illegal drugs. Smoking is in backyard only by ashtrays.

• Check-in is 5 PM, check-out is 10 AM Early in/late out is $50 hr if prearranged, 100$ if not 

• For cancellations, we follow VRBO/Airbnb rules

• Resv. 3 day minimum, 5 days minimum during peak times

• Self-check-in with smart lock available. Please view check-in video for keys, remotes, etc.

• Security Cameras are throughout the property, we use ring doorbells and security cams covering the garages, driveway areas, pool house and entry doors.

• Maximum of 25 adults with their children on the premise at any time total persons not to exceed 50 persons, any exceptions must be approved by management. Excess people violations incur $25 per person/day charge.

• No more than 12 vehicles all parked within the gates (see parking map), violations incur a $50 a day per vehicle charge.

• At Check-Out:

  • Place ALL used sheets/towels in the laundry room. If possible start a load of sheets in washers.

  • Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.

  • Take garbage to cans outside. The green garbage can is for regular garbage, and the blue garbage can is for recyclables (aluminum,plastics) Black can is for broken down cardboard/boxes. Trash comes Thurs am

  • Clean the BBQ (if used).

  • Make sure all large furniture is returned to original placement.
